UVTCL training is based on objective, training plan, implementation and evaluation.
Theory classes develop technical knowledge and include soft skills training. The theory class duration is two hours every day.
Trainers use modern tools, equipment and materials to provide safe hands-on training. Practical training is about four hours a day.
Some programs, especially construction and workplace safety, require trainee participation in demonstration sessions.
Theoretical, practical, demonstration and oral tests may be daily, weekly, monthly and final assessments.
Trainees are supported by classrooms, practical floors, training aids, air-conditioned tester rooms, natural light and ventilation, dormitories, experienced instructors, food service, CCTV security and one-stop services.
